Group Classes – 10 Week Course

Swimming Lessons for children and adults of all ages. Beginner friendly and advanced classes available.

30 Minute Classes

Water Tots (6 Months - 24 Months)

Through songs, fun and instructional games, students learn to be comfortable in the water & learn basic water skills. Adult must accompany baby in the water.

Water Angels (2 Year - 4 Year )

Class goal: Water adjustment, learn basic swimming skills. Children go in the water with a flotation belt and the grown ups are in the water to help the children while being led by the teacher to learn how to kick, blow bubbles, water adjustment, float and swim. This class is for children who are not quite ready to go in the water without their caregiver.

Preschool to Kindergarten Levels – Ages 4 Year to 6 Year

30 Minute Classes – 1:5 Instructor/Student Ratio

Angel Fish

Beginner

This class is for children who have never swam or have very little experience with swimming.

Class goal: Water adjustment; learn basic swimming skills (kicking, arms movement; develop coordination; blow bubbles; submerge face or head under water).

Butterfly Fish

Intermediate

For children who can swim independently with their face in the water (while blowing bubbles) with a floatation device.

Class goal: swim the width of the pool unassisted; swim under water; learn basic swimming skills for front crawl; perfect rhythmic breathing.

Catfish

Advanced

This class is for children who can swim with their face in the water with basic freestyle comfortably without a float.

Class Goal: swim independently; rhythmic breathing; freestyle arms; and kicking techniques.

Seahorse

Most Advanced

This class is for children who can swim with their face in the water with basic freestyle comfortably without a float.

Class Goal: swim independently; rhythmic breathing; freestyle arms; and kicking techniques.

Youth Swim Levels – Ages 7 Year to 13 Year

45 Minutes – 1:8 Instructor/Student Ratio

Barracuda

Beginner

For non-swimmers comfortable in the water or have very little experience with swimming.

Class goal: learn rhythmic breathing; learn front crawl technique; develop stroke coordination; swim under water.

* Swimmers with fear of water need to register for Goldfish class.

Blue Marlin

Intermediate

For beginner swimmers who can swim half a pool length. Class goal: perfect the front crawl technique, learn rotary breathing, build basic endurance, swim in deep water, and swim one length of the pool front crawl.

Sailfish

Advanced

For swimmers who can swim one length of the pool front crawl minimal coordination.

Class goal: perfect front crawl techniques, build endurance, perfect front crawl starts and turns, swim one length of the pool with proper front crawl technique, learn to swim backstroke and tread water.

Swordfish

Advanced

For advanced swimmers that swim 1 to 2 lengths of the pool front crawl with proper technique.

Class goal: develop endurance, speed, strength, perfect front crawl, backstroke technique with starts and turns, swim 2 lengths of the pool front crawl and backstroke with proper technique; breaststroke technique; Fly technique.

Dolphin

Competitive

Swimmers should have prior knowledge of all four strokes and be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke, except butterfly.

Swimmers should have prior knowledge of front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly kick ( dolphin kick) and be able to swim 20 yards of each stroke except butterfly.

Adult Swim Levels – Ages 14 and Above

55 Min Classes – 1:8 Instructor/Student Ratio

Adult Level 1

Beginner

For ages 17 and above ( 13-For non-swimmers, swimmers with fear of the water.

Class goal: water adjustment, learn to be comfortable with the water environment, learn basic skills of front crawl, submerge head under the water, learn rhythmic and rotary breathing, and swim the width of the pool.

Adult Level 2

Intermediate

For swimmers who can swim half the length ( 10 yards ) of the pool

Class goal: perfect front crawl technique , learn and backstroke. Swim 1 length of the pool front crawl, swim half a pool length with backstroke kick. Jump in the water and swim.

Adult Level 3

Advanced

For swimmers who can swim a full length of the pool.

Class goal: learn rotary breathing and backstroke arms. Swim a full length freestyle and backstroke. Tread water for 30 seconds and learn how to dive.

Family Swim - Open to the Public

2:30 PM -3:30 PM Every Sunday

Fun and open to the public. Perfect for parents and kids to splash, play, and practice swimming in a safe, supervised pool environment. Whether you’re floating, swimming, or just enjoying the water, it’s a great way to bond as a family and stay active together.
